All organisations
The Organisations page lists every organisation on the platform. Here you can open an organisation to work in it, and create a new one.
To open it, select Organisations on the platform console. Or choose Main menu, then All Organisations.
See the organisations
Each organisation shows its name, how many people it has, and when someone last signed in. A row says “No sign-ins yet” if nobody has. An organisation that has been archived shows Archived.
The platform organisation is listed apart, under Platform. It only holds the Global Admin role and isn’t a customer. Select it to open its settings page.
Open an organisation as an admin
You can’t open another organisation’s pages until you’ve opened it as an admin. Doing so gives you full admin rights there.
- Find the organisation in the list.
- Select Open as Admin.
- Select Open as Admin again to confirm.
The dashboard opens for that organisation. A bar at the top says “Platform admin: you are viewing name with full admin rights.” Opening an organisation is recorded, and its admins see it in their audit log as “Platform support”.
Go back to the platform console
- Select Back to Global Admin in the bar at the top. On a phone it’s called Exit Org Admin View.
The platform console opens again.
Create an organisation
- Select New Organisation.
- Enter a name in Organisation Name.
- Select Create.
The new organisation appears in the list. You can change its name later from its settings page. You don’t become its admin. To give it one, select Open as Admin on it, then invite someone as Admin from its Invitations page. See Invitations.

Select Cancel to go back without creating one.
Who can do this
Only Global Admins can use these pages. Organisations is on the platform console, which you see when the platform organisation is open. Everyone else is sent to their dashboard.
If something goes wrong
“Organisation name is required.” The name is empty. Enter a name, then select Create.
“No organisations found.” There are none yet. Select New Organisation.
